Service
Run service on the same record the building was built from.
The day’s board, dispatch and warranty claims work on the units your projects installed and turned over. The AI drafts briefs, schedules and claims; people apply and save them.

Most service software starts at the first call. By then the unit’s submittals, startup report and warranty dates sit in someone else’s system, and the technician arrives without them.
In EquipTalkIQ the service board runs on the units your projects turned over. A job opens beside the unit’s record, its warranty card shows coverage, and the unit’s other jobs sit next to it.
The AI writes a brief on any job, drafts the day’s schedule for the dispatcher and drafts warranty claims from the job that found the failure. A person applies or saves every draft. If you run ServiceTitan, its jobs sync in read-only and nothing is written back.

Proof
AI drafts the day, the dispatcher applies it
Draft the day with AI returns placements with their reasons. Tested rules reject overlaps, out-of-shift visits and missing skills before you see them, and nothing is placed until the dispatcher applies it.

Questions
Worth asking.
Do we have to replace ServiceTitan?
No. A read-only sync brings customers, locations, equipment, jobs, appointments, estimates and invoices into the same model; we switch it on with your credentials during onboarding. Nothing is written back.
What about ServiceTrade?
The mapping from ServiceTrade is built and the live connection is coming. Talk to us if you run it.
Does the AI change jobs or schedules on its own?
No. It writes briefs and drafts schedules and claims. A dispatcher applies a schedule, and a person saves a claim.
Do technicians need a separate app?
No. Technicians use the same app on their phone and move each visit from dispatched to en route, working and done.
