Terms of service

The agreement

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you are staff of a company workspace, that company. EquipTalkIQ is provided by Axiom Routing [legal entity, address, governing law and venue to be inserted].

Accounts and account types

Account type is chosen at sign-up (mechanical contractor, manufacturer rep, building owner, general contractor) and decides which pages and assistants you see. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Invited owners, GCs and reps receive access to specific buildings, projects, packages or rooms only, and only after confirming the invited email address.

The demo

New demo accounts are paused; demos are given on a call. When demo sign-ups are open, “Explore the demo” creates an account in a shared, seeded demo company with sample data. Anything you create there is private to you; seeded records are read-only. Demo telemetry and map movement are simulated and no live source-system feed is enabled. We may reset the demo at any time. Creating your own company leaves the demo.

Customer data

Your company owns the records it enters or connects. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice, and keep each company’s data isolated. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, index, display and run AI over those records for your company and the guests you invite. You are responsible for having the right to upload documents, drawings and specifications and to share them with the guests you choose.

AI output

AI features draft and propose; people decide. Answers list the records they used; findings carry their evidence; takeoff quantities, dispatch schedules, planning changes, warranty claims, RFIs and submittals are proposals until a person accepts, applies or sends them. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Nothing in the service operates equipment, approves engineering or files a claim, and you must verify output against the source records and the field before acting on it.

Plans, seats and AI allowances

Plans are billed per company per month, annually in advance unless an order says otherwise; monthly billing is 20% higher. Staff seats above the included number are billed per seat. Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance measured at the models’ published list prices; usage beyond it is billed at 2.5× list, and only successful calls count. Admins can set a budget with a warning and a hard stop; a blocked call is visible and never billed. Published prices are introductory and may change for new customers with notice; a signed order holds its price for its term.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access another company’s data, another guest’s rooms or records you were not granted.
• Do not upload content you have no right to share, malware, or text designed to manipulate the AI into disclosing or doing something outside your permissions.
• Do not resell access, scrape the service or use it to build a competing product.
• We may suspend accounts that put other customers’ data or the service at risk.

Integrations and third parties

Connections to ServiceTitan, ServiceTrade, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, building controllers, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are scoped per customer and read data into your workspace; nothing is written back to a vendor unless your order says so. Those vendors’ own terms govern your accounts with them. Map tiles and web fonts are served by third parties under their terms.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as described on the site; capabilities marked “coming” are not promised by a date. Term, suspension and export

Subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled before renewal. On termination your company can export its records for [period]; after that we delete them per the privacy notice. We may suspend the service for non-payment or a material breach after notice.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes take effect on renewal or thirty days after notice, whichever is later. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
