OWNERS, GCS AND REPS

Invited by a contractor: free. Their own subscription: coming.

A contractor invites an owner to a building, a GC to a project or a rep to a room. The guest pays nothing and is never a seat; their AI questions go on the contractor’s allowance and show up under Invited guests on the usage page. Independent subscriptions are being built.

Building owners

Invited: Free when invited by a contractor: the Owner Twin for the buildings they were granted, with the owner assistant. AI goes on the contractor’s allowance.
